PAM’s has established a robust network of reliable tradespeople and suppliers. As an owner and builder, Jasbir leads by example and strives to provide her clients with only the best results.
The following is the standard renovation process that you can anticipate from the Reliable Renovations team.
Upon receiving your initial enquiry, our managing director, Miss. Jasbir Kaur, will contact you to discuss your renovation project. During this conversation, he will provide you with a general estimate of the project’s cost and expected time frames.
Following the initial phone conversation, Miss Jasbir will visit your home to assess the renovation space and discuss your requirements in detail. During this meeting, she may provide guidance and ideas to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Once the requirements have been finalized, she will prepare a Scope of Works for your approval.
After the Scope of Works has been agreed upon, we will send a contract for your approval, which will outline the payment plan. Once you have signed the contract and made the initial deposit, we will reserve the start date for your renovation.
The renovation will commence on the start date specified in the contract. To ensure a smooth renovation process, all tradespeople and homeowners are required to follow our health and safety policy.
Upon completion of the renovation project, we will conduct a final walk-through with you, the customer. Please note that all building work is supported by our Licensed Building Practitioner’s 10-year guarantee.
